Swoon Worthy

I'm currently in the middle of planning our family summer vacation, and I am over-the-moon excited that in just a couple of weeks, we will be piling the whole family into the car and heading off for what I am sure will be a super relaxing (I'm obviously being sarcastic here) road trip to Maine!!!

I haven't been home since before Max was born, over 2 years ago, so I have been doing lots of online searching to find great new restaurants and fun things to do in my home state.  I seriously cannot wait to get there and see all of our family and friends in Vacationland!

In the meantime, I have discovered all kinds of fun new stuff lately so I'm sharing some of my favorites here in this week's Swoon Worthy!

1.  So, I'm about 3.5 months late to the game on this one, but I recently discovered these awesome Milestone Baby Cards... I figure, better late then never! I can't wait to use them to document all of Ella girl's firsts.

2.  We cannot get enough of Angie's popcorn around here lately! The Lightly Sweet Kettle Corn is our favorite flavor, but the cheddar caramel is ah-maz-ing too!

3.  As many of you know, I am originally from Maine, and absolutely adore an awesome Maine-made product, these Bait Bag Clutches are perfection!

4.  For any of you that have little ones who are book lovers, I recently found @thelittlebookcollector on Instagram. If you're on IG, follow her.  Her feed is beautiful and full of great reading inspiration.

5.  I love, love, love these bowls from Anthropologie.

6.  Is there anything more fun than Funfetti? These softbatch Funfetti cookies from Averie Cooks are a must make in my opinion!

7.  I absolutely must make one of these dresses for Ella before the end of summer!

8.  Fall will be here soon, and I have to have one of these puffer vests for Max.

9.  When I saw this crocheted throw in the latest Pottery Barn catalog, I knew I could make way one for much less... I promise, the pattern is coming soon!

10.  Lets be honest... I mostly live in sweats these days, and considering these are currently on sale, I think I need them in my life.

Swoon Worthy

1.  On occasion, we like to eat Paleo... If you haven't visited Juli Bauer's PaleOMG blog, you must! She is hilarious, and her recipes are awesome. Her new cookbook, "the Paleo Kitchen", becomes available on June 10th, but can be preordered now on Amazon.

2.  These button on bow ties for little guys from Little Mr Ties, are just too cute!

3.  I am currently loving this BB Body Cream by Jergens. It gives your skin a subtle glow, while also improving its appearance.

4.  Since I've been "baby wearing" far more with Ella than I did with Max, I've been eyeing these wraps from Solly Baby. The colors they offer are beautiful, and from what I hear the material is super soft. I'm swooning over the orchid one.

5.  My cousin, who has amazing taste, sent this bathing suit as a gift for Ella... It is pretty much the most adorable thing I've ever seen.

6.  These prints from Pen and Paint, are amazing. I love the colors and designs. This lady is super talented!

7.  My husband likes to give me a hard time about my affinity for books in the "young adult" category, but a good read is a good read! I actually finished, "The Fault In Our Stars", by John Green quite awhile ago, but I loved it so much, that I read all of his books.  The movie version is coming out soon, so if you haven't already, I highly recommend reading it.

8.  It's no secret that I have been loving recipes from Averie Cooks lately, but I made these flourless double chocolate peanut butter blender muffins the other night, and they were delicious!  Best of all, they are gluten free and required no oil or sugar.

9.  I adore this tiny peach bow print dress from Little Hip Squeaks.  They have been releasing their summer collection, and it is fabulous!

10.  I'm kind of obsessed with this cookie dough flavored greek yogurt concoction lately.  It has become my go-to afternoon snack, and it's really, really yummy.

Swoon Worthy

Lately I've been giving a lot of thought to how I could best share and get the word out on all of the things that I am currently loving, I haven't been getting much sleep these days, so my mind is going. A lot.

I came to the conclusion that the best way to do this, was through a weekly blog post that lists 10 or so items that I am currently swooning over, deeming these things "Swoon Worthy".

The majority of things that I plan on including on these "lists" range from recipes, to items that I love for littles, mamas, and families, to pretty much anything I am just dying over at the moment.

Without further ado, here is the first installment of "Swoon Worthy":

1. Oh Joy's new lines at The Land of Nod and Target... both are bright, colorful, and too cute for words.

2.  These Tommee Tippee Bibs... They're super easy to clean, and don't have to go in the wash.  Less laundry, happy mama.

3.  These teething necklaces from Chew Beads... they're both fashionable and functional, for littles and mama's alike.

4.  These macarons from Dana's Bakery... oh how I love a good macaron!

5.  Mint colored lids from The Mason Bar Company... they had me at mint.

6.  This washable paint from Crayola... washable and toddler should go hand in hand, and these really are easy to clean!

7.  Glacier colored moccs from Freshly Picked... let's be honest, I love every color they make.

8.  This avocado, tomato, and mozzarella crostini recipe from Averie Cooks... put avocado on anything, and I'm in love.

9.  This bracelet from Lucky Sage... check this Etsy shop out, this lady is making the friendship bracelet cool all over again.

10. These amazing state of Maine collages, handmade by my very talented friend... seriously, she is amazing!
